Hi Sanjay,
I think it best to use the Freescale MQX forums sight for help with MQX
and PWM.
http://forums.freescale.com/t5/Freescale-MQX-trade-Software/bd-p/MQXGEN 
I've done minimal PWM work such as verifying I can make the PWM change
duty cycle from 0-100%.
So nothing complicated.
